What to Expect
Each day will consist of: Equine Guided Wellness session, Reiki Energy Healing, Guided Painting and of course a snack break ;) Equine Guided Wellness - The sessions, lead by Cait, will be based on the theme of the day (each month the retreat has a different theme). We will be spending time with the horses as an awareness exercise and allowing our connection with them to be a place of learning and healing. Guided Painting - Led by Jenn, the art portion of each day will be an opportunity to practice connecting to our intuition and letting inspiration flow! This creative portion will help to process and integrate what came up for us during the Equine session. Reiki Energy Healing - At the end of each retreat, Cait will be offering a group energy healing. Cait is certified to the Master level in Reiki. |
